The need to re-train a million Nigerian graduates in the area ofInternational Software Implementation, Development and Outsourcing - the SiDOLiberty Africa Entrepreneurship Initiative project, across the country has become very important. And because currently the cost of living is increasingly unbearable to the average nigerian adult, not to mention their parents, Programos therefore feels that to a large extent that the cost of training these graduate beneficiaries should be born by the state governments, NGOS, foreign embassies, and interested upright corporate organisations who also share the required revolutionary dream of quality software education for the increasing nigerian population advantage.
